Now yes, there are cheaper hydrating toners that you can buy, there's so many especially if you're into Korean skincare, Japanese skincare, you can find so many hydrating toners and essences that are way cheaper than what you would get from Fresh. But if you're into the brand and into this type of presentation, the bottle is just so pretty and it looks like there's [...] actual rose petals [...] that they put inside it, which just makes it really pretty. [...] You can kind of do a hydration layering routine with the toner, serum, and moisturizer together, so after you cleanse your skin and it's a little bit damp, you start with the toner, then you put on the serum, and then you seal it all in with the moisturizer."
