"I did a top five and a bottom five, and I included the UFO as one of my bottom five, so personally I would not recommend it. I think it's more of a fancy pamper tool in my personal opinion, versus something that's really scientifically backed. "Here's the thing about the Foreo UFO. This is a delight to use, it has a heat setting and a cooling setting so you get a sheet masking experience with it. But I do regret it because I feel the way it's marketed is a little confusing. It claims to have LEDs, but you can't compare a moving LED device to the published literature, which looks at masks held against the skin at a close proximity for a specific period of time. You just can't guess how long these LEDs are sitting on your skin or their intensity. This was a really fun and enjoyable device, but the truth is once I upgraded to LED masks I just don't reach for this anymore."

"The Foreo UFO is like a handheld device and it's supposed to do more than LED, it's supposed to be cryotherapy so it warms up and it cools down. Forget the cryotherapy, the LED on this thing is a joke. It's a small little strip of LED that they try to claim has benefits to the skin. This thing is barely powerful enough to get light into the skin. Not to mention when I actually tried to sign up for it, it had me sign up in Russian, it wouldn't connect to my app, it was just a disaster. [...] The UFO was a disaster. And then they sell you face masks that are little circles and you have to rebuy the little circles and swap them into the mask, and you're paying more than the price of a normal face mask for these small little circles that are filled with crap."
