"The First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Firming Collagen Cream is actually just overall a really good moisturizer. One of my issues, well I don't really have an issue with it, but part of the marketing of course is the word collagen. You think collagen and you want collagen on your skin that's going to get in your skin, but collagen is way too large of a particle. It's a combination of amino acids, long chain, so it's really just not going to penetrate the skin. That being said, it's actually a great moisturizer. Collagen does make a great moisturizer, which just doubles down on the effectiveness of this moisturizer. It's just wonderful, effective and just good all around for everyday skin. It is a little bit on the heavier side. It's not like a gel, it's truly a cream. I've gotten a lot of use out of it. I like the way that it feels on the skin. It has beneficial ingredients like niacinamide, panthenol, shea butter, and ceramide. It also has colloidal oats, which is one of those standout plant-based ingredients that's been studied in eczema. It doesn't cause any issues with my skin. It's fragrance-free and it's safe for sensitive skin. I'm a big fan of First Aid Beauty in general. This one really stood out to me."

"My first winter moisturizer that I think is wonderful is the First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Firming Collagen Cream. This cream is quite thick but it has just this very slight mousy texture, not fully whipped, but it's enough that when you put it on it doesn't feel immediately heavy, but you can tell like this is rich. It has a little more smoothness to it compared to their regular Ultra Repair Cream, so it feels a little more cosmetically elegant to use on the face, and I think it's just like an awesome nighttime moisturizer especially for winter."
