What the gurus are saying

Gurus praise these pads for effective exfoliation, instant brightening, and gentle formula suitable for sensitive skin when used carefully. The consensus is they layer easily without heaviness and allow other products to absorb better. A key note: reviewers caution that despite being marketed for sensitive skin, the AHAs can still irritate, so starting slowly and using once or twice weekly is recommended. One reviewer prefers liquid exfoliants over pad format, though this is a format preference rather than a product flaw.

"First Aid Beauty Facial Radiance Pads, this one contains glycolic and lactic acid, this is great for sensitive skin, it's fragrance-free and these are very gentle. So sometimes I will even use these when I want that extra AHA. I like to have options here depending on what I feel like using but you can't go wrong with these, they're all great."

TOP 5 ANTI-AGING SKINCARE INGREDIENTS | WRINKLES, DARK SPOTS AND MORE | THESE ACTUALLY WORK!
"I really like the First Aid Beauty Facial Radiance Pads. Same idea as the Dr. Dennis Gross, this is going to exfoliate your skin, but this one has two types of AHAs so there's glycolic and lactic acid in here, and then of course we have aloe and some other additional ingredients to really help keep the skin nice and comfortable. This one would be best suited for those that have that sensitive skin type. It's nice to use something like this on a weekly basis because not only are you going to see improvements with your skin, but it's going to allow your other skincare products to work better because we will not have that layer of dead skin in the way. All of our products are going to absorb into our skin a lot nicer and they're going to perform better at the same time."

5 POWERFUL HYBRID CHEMICAL EXFOLIANTS - ANTI-AGING, COLLAGEN BOOSTING, IMPROVED TEXTURE & TONE!
"You use it as a toner, your essence, and before your serums and moisturizer, and you don't have to really worry about having that extra product on your skin because it's just a pad that is damp and it just absorbs into the skin so nicely. If you're someone that doesn't like to layer too many products in your skincare routine where your skin feels a little heavy, then this would be a really great option. I love these so much, they're really effective. I get this instant brightness to my skin and I don't experience irritation with this one either. They do say it's great for sensitive skin, but remember if you have sensitive skin glycolic and lactic can be a little sensitizing, so just be careful. Start slow, gradually increase. You can use this in your morning or in your evening once a day. I wouldn't use this twice a day, and once or twice a week can honestly be sufficient enough as well. It just depends on what you want to do. They are fragrance-free and I just really love them. They're just so easy and quick to use."

"The facial Radiance pads are okay. They have glycolic and lactic acid, but I just prefer to use a liquid exfoliant, not the pads."
