    What the gurus are saying

The powdery finish sets this stick apart from stickier cream formulas that can tug on hair and makeup as it dries. Gurus praise the neutral undertone, which reads as a natural bronzer rather than cool or warm, and how smoothly it blends without looking chalky or muddy, especially when buffed with a stiff brush. It sits between a bronzer and contour, so mixing shades or layering lets you skip extra products if you're keeping things minimal.

"I used to use Fenty Amber which is pretty similar"

"I love how this one goes on, this is the Fenty Beauty Amber Suede Bronzer Contour Stick. [...] When I do use it, I don't use very much. It really just goes along the jawline and I'll just blend it in with a thicker brush."

"I do like these, I actually really liked the shade Amber, it's actually quite a nice cooler tone. The reason I never finished mine is that using contour and highlighter is something you probably really need to do if you're wearing a high coverage foundation. If you instead use something like a skin tint, you probably don't need contour, so that's why I stopped using these. I did like them though, Fenty is a great brand."

"I have the Fenty Beauty contouring stick in the shade Amber which is the exact product that the K-pop makeup artist who does makeup for NEWJEANS and BLACKPINK used for my makeup and this has a perfect neutral undertone that's not either too cool or too warm that looks like a bronzer. This has like the exact neutral shade or real shadow that is so perfect and looks so natural. I've been really into this and it has been my staple. It's so easy to travel with and it blends in so well. What I love about this the most is it has a powdery finish which actually is a plus because a lot of sticks can be very sticky and too moisturizing that your hair sticks to everywhere but this doesn't."

"I am here using this Fenty Beauty stick and then I'm gonna take a stiff brush like this and this is like a stiff brush so I kind of like using this to blend out my Contour. If Contour goes up and down it kind of looks like chalky and muddy, so always try and blend your Contour without moving it, so just point by control with a stiff brush like this."
