"Farmacy Green Clean Makeup Removing Cleansing Balm is [...] a really elegant cleansing balm where a little bit goes a long way. It's gentle yet at the same time very effective at removing all the makeup, sunscreen, and layers with sunscreen which I tend to put on throughout the day, [...] and I tend to wear a lot more water resistant makeup which tends to be harder to get rid of with just a traditional cleanser. I double cleanse every night and I find that this one is really great for removing everything with just one pass, and afterwards my skin doesn't feel overly stripped, dry, or tight, nor does it feel like there is extra greasy oily feel on [...] it. Ingredient-wise, it contains sunflower and ginger root oil that helps to cleanse and melt away all the summer impurities, along with turmeric and Moringa extract that can help to clean impurities and debris, along with papaya enzyme, which is a gentle fruit-derived enzyme that has some mild exfoliation benefits. It's a great cleansing balm to use alone or as a first step of double cleansing."

"This one is waxier compared to the Elemis, definitely thicker and doesn't melt as fast. However, as you massage this cleansing balm into your hand, it definitely begins to take on the classic cleansing balm transformation. It has a very light scent and only three essential oils compared to Elemis which had nine. It is rooted in sunflower and ginger root oil and it contains papain, which is a papaya extract enzyme that allows for very gentle exfoliation. The original one is definitely oilier than their clean one, and it is the better one of the two because oils are going to break down makeup better than creams."
