What the gurus are saying

Experts found this cleanser delivers a luxurious feel at an accessible price point, with a meaningful dose of vitamin C that pairs well alongside other vitamin C products in a routine. The formula works effectively when used a few times a week to support skin's appearance without disrupting other actives. Those who prefer fragrance have the option to choose the unscented version, which performs identically to the mandarin option.

"The Face Theory Vitamin C Cleanser feels luxurious and bougie, really just like a next level experience from a cleanser, but doesn't cost a whole lot. It's £13, which is a really great price point for the formulation you're getting with a good dose of vitamin C. I love the fact that it comes in a fragrance and a fragrance-free option, so if you like a little Mandarin zesty scent go for the Mandarin option, or if you like to keep things fragrance free, go for the fragrance-free one and it'll work in exactly the same way. That flexibility is what I love to see in the skincare market. I think without exception the Face Theory Vitamin C Cleanser is the best of the active-packed cleansers on the skincare market for me. I use this two to three times a week to kickstart my skincare routine and I definitely find that I get elevated results, and it doesn't mean that I have to miss out on any of my other vitamin C products because this will pair with just about everything. Absolute stunning option and one of the best vitamin C products on the market."

"There is another option by Face Theory for $18. This one has sodium ascorbyl phosphate, which is a different type of stable vitamin C."
