"The day cream has licorice fruit in it and the night cream does not. Licorice fruit is helpful for like redness and dark spots and irritation but there's nothing about it that says that you can't use this at night. So if you get along with licorice fruit get the day cream one, if you don't get the night cream one. It can be used one to two times a day whichever one you choose you don't have to get both of them."

[...] The main difference between the two is the day has licorice root whereas the night does not. Licorice root is really good for redness and hyperpigmentation, it's also really good for reducing sensitivity and it's been shown to be helpful for people who have eczema."
