"It's built around coenzyme Q10, an antioxidant your skin makes naturally but we tend to lose it with age, and it comes in a rich, fragrance-free cream designed for mature skin. It's really gentle, a wallet-friendly entry point into anti-aging for skin that finds retinoids too irritating. But no over-the-counter cream, this one included, is going to outperform a retinoid for wrinkles. It's a great hydrator, but it's not going to build collagen and fix the wrinkles the way a retinoid will. The CoQ10 moisturizer here is more of a supportive care, a nice antioxidant bonus, it's not a miracle, and it definitely doesn't take the place of your retinoid."
