"One product I really like that has urea in it is the Eucerin Urea Repair Body Wash. This has five percent urea and also it actually has a high percent of glycerin, which is a great body wash for just that very mild keratolytic effect, so that smoothing effect, but it's also going to be very nourishing and moisturizing and help draw water to the skin surface. I really like this body wash for people who really struggle with dry flaky skin, particularly on the arms and legs. A lot of my patients who struggle with other conditions like diabetes that can be associated with dry flaky skin on the legs would really benefit from a body wash like this that not only cleanses their skin but also has this very mild keratolytic effect to remove that dry flaky skin, smooth the skin, and draw moisture to the surface."
