"It's a great option if you have dry, rough and bumpy skin, keratosis pilaris. You definitely can try using it on the face, just be aware that if you have really sensitive skin, the urea may sting a bit. In addition to urea, it also has lactic acid in it and it has ceramide in it. I've used this on my face, I love it on the neck, but it's really a workhorse for improving skin texture."
