Advanced Hydration Plus Hyaluronic Acid Sunscreen SPF 50.

"Eucerin has a body sunscreen that I talk about anytime we talk about body sunscreens because it is really good. It is their Advanced Hydration SPF 50 with hyaluronic acid in it, or sodium hyaluronate, which is good for improving moisture content in the skin. But it also has compounds from licorice root. Licorice root is kind of an alternative to niacinamide. It offers similar benefits. It doesn't get in the way of the pigment package transferring around. But it has been shown to be helpful for hyperpigmentation, but also really helpful for redness and for people who have eczema-prone skin. It shows promise for helping to soothe some of the inflammation. It also has sodium ascorbyl phosphate, which is a stable form of vitamin C that may help reduce the burden of oxidative stress that our skin is faced with when we are exposed to all of those environmental aggressors. So in other words, antioxidants, licorice root, and sodium ascorbyl phosphate. This one has a little bit more of a deep hydration and really makes the skin look a little glowy and bouncy. It does help improve subtly the firmness of the top layers of the skin. You do feel that wearing this."

"The Eucerin one has U compounds from licorice root, which is anti-inflammatory and good for eczema-prone skin. It's a little bit more deeply hydrating and emollient, so you might find it a touch shiny. That being said, I happen to think it's a great option as a daily body moisturizer as well, so that's another really fantastic and affordable option."

"This is an organic sunscreen, AKA chemical, it does not leave any kind of white cast behind. It's very fast absorbing but it's actually super emollient, which for some people you may not care for the feeling of that, but when it comes to the elbows and knees having something super emollient is nice for not only softening but providing lubrication to reduce those frictional forces. This has sodium hyaluronate or hyaluronic acid, a humectant that helps with skin hydration. Ultimately that's going to allow for better barrier turnover. This has sodium ascorbyl phosphate, which is a stable form of vitamin C that may help in defending against oxidative stress that could create a lot more inflammation in the skin. Whether or not it helps with hyperpigmentation is to be determined, but as an ingredient it can help reduce oxidative stress. This also has compounds from licorice root in it, glycyrrhiza and flava root extract and glycyrrhizic acid. These are anti-inflammatory, so we were talking about the hemosiderin and the inflammation. This can really help cut down on that. While this is pretty emollient, what I like about this is it really actually does offer nice cosmetic effect."

"This is so nice as a moisturizer with a broad spectrum sunscreen that is water resistant SPF 50. These sunscreens from Eucerin are really nice fragrance free very moisturizing because of the overall formula it has sodium hyaluronate which is hyaluronic acid deeply hydrating and it has compounds from licorice root which are anti-inflammatory, glycyrrhiza and Florida and glycerin retinoic acid from licorice root which are anti-inflammatory and it also has sodium ascorbyl phosphate that's a stable form of vitamin C that actually you know whether or not it gets into the skin converts to ascorbic acid and boosts collagen is a stretch but there is some research to suggest it may be helpful for people who have acne maybe it helps cut down on oxidation of sebum which would otherwise be very inflammatory and aggravate the acne. I highly recommend this it's a good everyday sunscreen especially going into maybe the colder months. It is a little bit for some people heavier in consistency but I really like that it doesn't feel too heavy to me but it is in comparison to that lightweight gel, this one is a richer."

"I really like this. This is a very moisturizing yet not greasy chemical sunscreen, there's no cast to it, and it's water resistant, so it's been great in the pool. It's very hydrating and moisturizing, which helps because chlorine can dry out your skin. It also has antioxidants from licorice root, which is anti-inflammatory, and sodium ascorbyl phosphate, a form of vitamin C that can help with oiliness and acne prone skin. It offers broad spectrum UVA UVB protection and is water resistant for eighty minutes. It reapplies very comfortably, but it is a bit on the occlusive side, so if you live in a hot humid climate you may find it a touch oppressive, and if you go out for a run it may not be quite as comfortable. Price wise it's thirteen ninety nine for five ounces, which is a pretty good deal."
