What the gurus are saying

Gurus consistently praise this serum for its hydrating, plumping effect and non-greasy texture that layers easily into most routines. The fermented ingredients and proprietary tetrapeptide-32 peptide are repeatedly cited as the standout performers. The main complaint is the high price for a small bottle, though many note it lasts months. One significant caveat: reviewers with oily or acne-prone skin flag a comedogenic emulsifier in the formula, making it better suited to mature or dry skin types.

October Skincare & Beauty Product Empties - What I've Finished This Month!
"I've actually been kind of adding this into my daytime routine a little bit from time to time, and it feels really nice, especially like on my neck and things. I did like this one. It's nice. It's expensive, but if you get it on sale, then it's a little bit better."

"The main star of the show with the Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair Serum is the bifida ferment, so it's the main exciting ingredient we're looking for."
Estée Lauder 🆕 New! Advanced Night Repair Rescue Solution Serum with 15% Bifidus Ferment Review
"I actually really enjoy this one. It feels really hydrating and calming, it really feels nice when your skin needs a little boost of moisture but you don't want it to feel greasy. It doesn't. It seems to help a bit with fine lines, seems to plump up skin a bit, especially noticing on my hand it's amazing. It's non-greasy, you can add it to most routines without having to rearrange or change anything. It doesn't have any high maintenance ingredients that don't play well with this. It does seem to help with redness and calming skin. For acne prone skin, there's only a couple ingredients in this one of note, hexling glycol and carbamer, and those aren't terribly comedogenic. In terms of the price, this is kind of one of the bummers. It's 20 milliliters, 0.7 ounces, it retails for 78 bucks, although the bottle will last you forever. I've been using this now for over a month and it's just barely below the water line."
Favorite Ferments - What Ferment is Best for You? Why You Need Ferments in Your Skincare
"Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair, it's an expensive serum, but it uses good ferments to help your skin. I think that's why it's such a popular ingredient. I think it's what their best seller."

Then vs Now - What Cult Skincare Products Stand the Test of Time
"It's got buff ferment, baobab extract, chamomile, it's got a lot of good anti-aging ferments and hydrating and soothing ingredients. It's expensive, but in my opinion this one is still relevant. It's still a really good product. I haven't found one that just hits it on the head for me like I'll never want to buy this one again. I think in my opinion it's still relevant."

"I have been using an eye cream regularly now. It has been a decade and a half. And I owe everything to, you know, all this eye area looking bright to a good eye cream. Eye creams are ophthalmologically tested, meaning they are safe to apply around your eyes. Because the skin around the eyes is thinner than the rest of your face. In fact, this is the thinnest skin in your entire body. Eye creams are suitable for this. Even if the ingredients are the same, let's say Estée Lauder's moisturizer versus Estée Lauder's eye cream, the concentration of ingredients is changed so that there is no irritation on the eyes and so that it can penetrate better into the skin."

"I've used it in the past and I've got great results, so do I think it works absolutely. I think it's expensive for what it is, but I did like it. People online saying it's the only serum you need, it's the best thing that's ever happened are overhyping it, but it's a really nice serum. I've always enjoyed it when I've used it in the past."

"It's iconic for a reason it's Estée Lauder's Advanced Night Repair. I've been traveling with it a lot of late so I bought the biggie and then I bought these little tiny ones. One of these will last you probably three to even four days, probably even five actually. I have about this much left and when this is gone then I'm going to be buying a new one. It's definitely something that I'm going to keep buying over and over again. She's a dud product now."

"This is a cult classic it has been around for years and there's a reason for that. It has antioxidants, soothing ingredients, probiotics and it also contains their own proprietary peptide which is Tetra peptide 32, and that is to support our skin's natural rhythm so it's about protecting during the day and repairing at night. My skin loves this, it feels amazing and yes I did buy it again."
⭐️ Summer SKINCARE Faves & Fails | Skin Obsessed Mary
"It has just so many goodies in it. It has the antioxidants, it has the humectants and hydrators, it's got soothing ingredients, it has probiotics in it. But what it also has is a proprietary peptide that they've created called tetrapeptide-32, and what that is designed to do is to mimic our skin's own natural rhythm, so it's all about protecting your skin during the day and helping it to repair at night. My skin freaking loves it. I've been using this both morning and evening as my sort of serum step. My skin drinks it up. My skin's just looking great at the moment."

"I would say this is a very hydrating serum it's not doing a huge amount for wrinkles or for hyperpigmentation or any sort of skin condition it's more of a sort of a conditioner of the skin if you like. The downside is they put in Oli 3 as one of their emulsifying agents and that's five out of five on the comedogenic scale so if you have oily acne prone skin avoid this product. Although to be honest I think they're going more for the mature market anyway, however if you're going through menopause you might find yourself breaking out in which case also avoid this product."

"If you are somebody who really loves a product and you keep buying it and buying it that adds up you can actually wind up saving money by just buying the bigger size. It's a bigger investment up front but on the back end you wind up saving some money. That's what I would do with the Advanced Night Repair from Estée Lauder, and then I would just get the big container which, you know, was a pretty jagged pill to swallow at first but over time it's like okay it makes sense."
