"I didn't think this was going to be that hydrating when I first tried it. I'm so picky about toners, and that's probably what I'm most known for in skincare content. I'm very picky about hydration levels. But when I tried it out on my face, I actually really loved it. It's surprisingly hydrating. There's an ingredient in here - proteins or proteose - and I don't notice any real benefits from it. I personally just find this to be a nicely hydrating toner. Having used it for a month or two since I first reviewed it, it makes my skin feel very smooth. I think it's helping to shed dead skin cells. I'm already pretty well exfoliated and using other exfoliants, so it's not adding a ton of benefit, but I do notice my skin feels a lot smoother when I'm using this consistently. I've seen reviews from folks who noticed a lot more improvement in their skin texture, especially with acne-prone and congestion-prone skin. They're noticing that this toner is helping them. But this requires consistency - it's not going to wow you overnight. You have to use it daily for a long period."

They market it as a non-irritating exfoliating toner because they didn't put AHA or BHA in it, but I didn't notice any exfoliating effect at all. Nobody cares about this brand in Korea, it's just a viral brand, but it's pretty impressive. They made it pretty good for all skin types."
