"This is very viral. It's a watery toner, but a pretty generous amount comes out, so if you layer it two or three times I can totally feel that it's hydrating. They market it as a non-irritating exfoliating toner because they didn't put AHA or BHA in it, but I didn't notice any exfoliating effect at all. Nobody cares about this brand in Korea, it's just a viral brand, but it's pretty impressive. They made it pretty good for all skin types."
