What the gurus are saying

The gurus who tried it after professional procedures found it calmed treated skin and felt gentler than standard moisturisers or healing ointments in that window. Both praised its fragrance-free formula for not irritating freshly sensitive skin. That said, experts note it carries a higher price tag, so those looking to save may do fine with simpler options during the healing phase, though some prefer the targeted support it offers post-procedure.

"I actually did use it post-procedurally, the Elastin regenerating skin nectar. I was like, oh, this has been studied post-operatively, post-procedurally, let me try it out. I loved it. I know it is expensive, you don't need it, but I like you can't simply just use your moisturizer or CeraVe healing ointment. But you want your fragrance-free things, you want things that are not going to irritate the skin at all, and that's what you're going to do the night when you get home and then for a few days after that."
