"This one is from E.L.F. It's called Pout Clout. [...] These are more of like a grab-and-go kind of lippy where you're not going to put on a lip liner and you just want to hydrate your lips but with a little bit of color. These are perfect for that. [...] These have a pump at the bottom to get the product up and it doesn't retract when you go to put it on. At first, a lot can come off, so I wouldn't pump it up every time you use it. But these are beautiful. They're very hydrating."
