"This one is from E.L.F. It's called Pout Clout. [...] These are more of like a grab-and-go kind of lippy where you're not going to put on a lip liner and you just want to hydrate your lips but with a little bit of color. These are perfect for that. [...] These have a pump at the bottom to get the product up and it doesn't retract when you go to put it on. At first, a lot can come off, so I wouldn't pump it up every time you use it. But these are beautiful. They're very hydrating."

"There's nothing about it that's amazing, the texture is a bit thicker and tacky, which would be fine if it looked nice, but [...] the pigment is uneven and grabs onto certain areas, looking a little patchy, and the shine is good but nothing amazing. [...] Why would I reach for this when there are so many other lip glosses that deliver similar pigment but look and feel so much better. It also doesn't do anything to plump my lips, the cooling sensation is there but isn't too intense."
