"Today it is four dollars. That's a 100 percent increase. It literally doubled in price. Now obviously it's still four dollars, because I'm not going to sit here acting like a four dollar eyebrow pencil is suddenly a luxury purchase. But that percentage kind of tells us something interesting. The very bottom of the drugstore price range has moved upward. It does show that like two dollar makeup used to be a lot easier to find and those tiny little prices now are very quickly disappearing."
