"For the more affordable side, we have the e.l.f Halo Glow Highlighter in the Champagne Campaign shade, and I have used this before, so I know I like it. It looks like it's in with the skin. You can absolutely get a lot of instant glow from the e.l.f one. I think you just need to give it a little bit more time. I like them both. I really, really do like them both."
