"For the more affordable side, we have the e.l.f. Halo Glow Highlighter in the Champagne Campaign shade, and I have used this before, so I know I like it. It looks a little bit more like it's in with the skin. I see so many mixed reviews when it comes to these wand things from e.l.f. A lot of people love them and a lot of people weren't so sure. You can absolutely get a lot more instant glow from the e.l.f. one. I think you just need to give it a little bit more time. I like them both. I really, really do like them both."
