What the gurus are saying

Gurus consistently affirm Dysport as safe and effective, positioning it as Botox's leading competitor with comparable results at lower cost. The recurring strength is faster onset than Botox, making it useful for time-sensitive situations. There's general consensus it works like other neuromodulators when administered by skilled injectors and can be used naturally to prevent wrinkles from deepening without freezing expression.

"All of these brands that utilize botulinum toxin, they are effective. You will get what you pay for in terms of results. Nothing mimics the effects, and as far as safety, it's really extremely safe compared to most other procedures."

"Dysport is one of them. It's an FDA approved brand."

"I have not used yet but that Dysport, that is actually a longer duration in terms of effects. Usually Botox we say about two to four months, so usually three months is usually where you sit out when you have a Botox and people come in every three months typically. Now neuromodulators are quite safe, especially if you have an injector who knows what they're doing. It's quite versatile."

"Dysport and Daify both kick in faster for me than Botox, so if I was kind of behind on my injection schedule and I'm leaving on vacation in a few days and I really need it to be kicked in, I might reach for something like Dysport. But in general I kind of just use whatever I have."

Botox Brow Lift? Lip Flip? Dermatologist Explains the Ways You Can Use Botox Cosmetically
"When I am saying Botox throughout this video I am using that really as a catch-all term for any of the botulinum toxin A's that are used cosmetically so there are other brands besides Botox you may have heard of them Dysport, Xeomin, Jeuveau, Daxi. Botox is an injectable that when injected into specific muscles causes them to be paralyzed and you can paralyze them to varying degrees depending on the dose of Botox used. Cosmetically this is often done in muscles of the face to reduce the intensity of muscle contraction because it is repeated muscle contractions that lead to the skin creasing over and over again which in turn leads to fine lines and subsequent etched in permanent wrinkles."

"Botox, Dysport, Daxxify, Zapatat, Juveau, those are called neuromodulators they paralyze the muscle and yes you have less movement but it can be done very naturally so the lines don't get deeper."

"Dysport has a beautiful to it. They are all wrinkle relaxers they're put into particular muscles with small dosages they do not go through the body it just stays into that muscle and then it wears off over time. When you put it in there it retrains your muscle not to make those facial expressions so the muscle stays soft and flat and that retrains just like going to the gym it retrains your muscle to actually stay nice and smooth and over time those etching lines that you have will become smaller smoother and tinier."

"Dysport is a type of botulinum toxin similar to Botox and it really is the number one competitor to Botox today. The reason why this is a great bang for your buck is because for most people you can get a very similar result as you get from Botox but it's less expensive. Botox really works well to smooth out wrinkles of the upper face, to slim the jawline, and to even improve unwanted sweating, but it only lasts about three to four months and so it is pretty costly. So anytime you can get a procedure like that at a discount and still get a great result, that's a good thing."

"When you get Botox or any other neuromodulator such as Xeomin or Dysport, they don't work immediately, they take like a week or more to actually start showing results into your skin. When a professional injects one of these neuromodulators into your face, they're injecting it into the muscle and it temporarily paralyzes the muscle. It doesn't allow the muscle to send that signal and connect. If those signals can't be sent through the muscle, the muscle can't flex, and if we can't flex that muscle then our eyebrows can't move. What happens if our eyebrows can't move or if we can't smile or clench down on our jaw for a long period of time is that muscle starts to atrophy, it basically degrades, and the skin on top of the muscle can't wrinkle. That's why Botox works and so do these other neuromodulators: because if the muscles can't move, then the skin on top can't wrinkle and those wrinkles can't set in."

They lied. Botox Does NOT Get Rid Of Wrinkles…
"they're still neurotoxins they still work in the same way preventing your skin from being able to wrinkle but they could be things like Dysport or Xeomin those are other brand names"
