"This is the product that sold me on Drunk Elephant. When I bought it years ago I could not believe how much it helped clear up my acne scars, by the time I finished the bottle I didn't need to buy a second. It's a strong product, ten percent AHA, one percent BHA, so it's very much not for kids. It's still hard for me to swallow that this is now ninety dollars, it wasn't when I bought it, but there are booster ingredients in here, including a stem cell culture ingredient, that help with soothing and boosting the efficacy of the potent ingredients. It makes it so I can't hate on this product, even though it's always been expensive it worked for me. I think it's extremely well done and will probably work for a lot of people, though it won't work for everyone."

"The first product I ever saw incredible results from for hyperpigmentation was the T.L.C. Framboos from Drunk Elephant. I don't think you need to buy this specific product though, it's quite expensive for what it is now that we have some good competition. It works because it's a high strength glycolic acid serum, and glycolic acid is small enough to penetrate deep into the skin and address hyperpigmentation that's been lingering longer. You won't see results immediately, so make sure you finish the bottle before forming an opinion on it. I don't really use products like this as much anymore though, because I also use a strong retinoid, adapalene, and combining a strong AHA with a retinoid would not go well for my skin."
