"I also love the Drunk Elephant Lala Retro Whipped Cream from Drunk Elephant. This is one that I've been using for like six or seven years as well. This is a little bit more lightweight compared to the SkinFix but still a very heavy-duty moisturizer. If you struggle with dry skin it's amazing for day and night. But it used to be my nighttime moisturizer mostly but now it's more of a daytime and I use the SkinFix one more at night but that's just me. Gorgeous though, love that one as well."

"I did use Lala Retro, I did like Lala Retro. It's nice that it has a refill, although the refill is out of stock. You're getting oils, lipids, three ceramides, it is a cosmetically elegant product, I will give it that, I do like it. "It's nothing special. Doesn't leave any residue, quickly absorbed within the skin, but I think that's because you got a good formulator here. It feels nice as a product but there's nothing in these ingredients that are going to do anything for your skin. The ingredients are probably not going to change your skin. It's all about the price you're paying. If you're going to be paying like kind of High Street prices, these are great formulations but these are the same prices as some of the things that I stock in my clinics and my patients would kill me because they'd say look, my skin hasn't done anything."
