"This is Drunk Elephant Baby Facial, it costs $80 for 50 ml of product. I first tried this around 2019 and I remember it being incredibly intense, like a hardcore AHA resurfacing mask. I have very sensitive skin and that was too much for me, and it was one of many products that made me turn away from AHA for a long time because they were all so harsh on my skin. Even though it promised to be gentle, it did not deliver for me back in the day. This product has recently been reformulated to be gentler and more barrier respectful, and I do think there are some meaningful upgrades here. It has a 25% AHA blend of glycolic and lactic acid plus 2% salicylic acid working at two different depths to exfoliate the surface and decongest the pores. This really delivers on what you'd want a Baby Facial to be, refreshed, renewed, brighter, smoother skin right after washing it off. It's just so freaking expensive at $80, and it may not be an investment everyone can afford upfront."
