"It's water resistant up to 40 minutes, it's very lightweight and doesn't feel greasy on the skin whatsoever. I kind of thought that maybe it might be greasy because of the coconut oil, but it's not. It actually dries down pretty nice, it's skin-like, so it doesn't add more shine to your skin whatsoever. I think it's decent, but I would only use this on my body. I don't want to use this on my face. And even for the body, I still much prefer a mineral-based sunscreen. But for something like this that is really quick and easy to use, I see myself using this a lot on the tops of my hands, my shoulders before I go out for a walk. But if I'm going to be at the beach all day, I'm going to want to use something all over, and I would most likely choose a mineral-based sun cream. I do think this is nice, and I think a lot of people could possibly really enjoy this."

"Another new product launched that got a lot of buzz a couple weeks ago is the launch of their SPF stick. Now overall I am not a fan of SPF sticks and I'll tell you why. Number one, they don't cover evenly like you can't get all your nooks and crannies like you can with a lotion. I think they're probably best for reapplication. This formula as you can see it has a little bit of sheen and it may make oily skin look too oily. I tried this over makeup it did pick up my makeup for a real application during the day. And it's only SPF 34. I will use it up. I'm going to use it on my hands for in the car for reapplication and I probably will keep it in my purse for reapplication but I much prefer, even though it's a little bit more of a fussy step for reapplication, using a beauty blender and applying an untinted broad spectrum SPF."

"As far as sunscreens, this was an epic fail. The Hydra Stick, I don't know what they're saying is hydrating about this, it's not hydrating at all. It's just kind of greasy and tacky feeling. If you're going to use this over makeup, you can see how it really doesn't sit well, it picks up the makeup as well. I found this really challenging to put over makeup, which is what they recommend. I don't like a stick because you get skipped areas."
