"They usually sell like a set of Sheet Masks and my favorites are the Dr. Jart+ Sheet Masks. This one is the Ceramide one, big fan of ceramides. They've just been very very helpful with my skin barrier, especially since I started Tretinoin again. I had to take a little break and use a retinol that was like a little less effective, so I experienced a little bit of purge, some flaking, some dryness. Ceramides are so helpful if you are experiencing that or if you're starting Tretinoin or if you're starting a retinol. I always pick up like at least one of their packs. They have the blue one, the green one, it's all like hydrating. If it says hydrating I'm picking it up."

I've been really sick and my skin has been really really dry, and I have a lot of dryness around my nose from blowing my nose so much. A sheet mask, especially the Dr. Jart+ ones, are really nice. Even the more watery ones are very creamy. So good."
