What the gurus are saying

This serum's light water texture soaks in without grease and leaves skin hydrated with a natural matte finish, making it a handy backup when skin has been over-treated or needs a pre-makeup hydration boost. Centella and Panthenol work together to calm redness and strengthen the barrier over time, though the price tag sits higher than other centella serums on the market, so the choice to repurchase may depend on your budget and what alternatives you have tried.

"Dr. Jart has a Cicapair Sensitive Skin Serum filled with centella asiatica and allantoin. It has a light green color, though that won't really cancel the color of your redness, but it works over time to minimize your redness."

"I see repair I'm buying it. These are a really great supplement when you have gone a little bit too far with your exfoliants or your treatments. It's nice to have just kind of like in your back pocket. If I have like a special occasion, if I'm going to a wedding or something, I like to do this in the morning to just make sure that my face is extra hydrated so that there is no chance that my skin is going to be like peely or dry or anything anywhere. Extra hydration before you do your makeup just makes such a difference."

"I really liked it in El Salvador because it was really hot and humid there, and this water texture soaked in nice, set to a natural, slightly matte finish. It just left my skin feeling hydrated but not greasy or anything like that, and I could use a sunscreen or a moisturizer over it without it being too much, so I really appreciate it for that. I've continued using it since I got home and really am enjoying it. Very light, light, light product, I like the water light texture. I think for the summer and spring it will be a nice product for that as well. If you have super dry skin or live in a very dry climate it may not be enough, but if you use it under a good moisturizer it seems to do a good job. Once it soaks in it sets to a natural, slightly matte finish that is slightly tacky but really non-greasy or anything like that, so love it, wonderful, very easy to use, really enjoy it. It's a nice travel friendly bottle, some of these serums are in such heavy glass bottles and this one was nice to travel with because it's lightweight and compact and no worry about spilling or anything like that. I'm almost done with this one already, it's kind of sad. Antioxidants and beneficial ingredients in this one: we've got beta glucan, which is a sugar derived humectant, we've got allantoin, which is a nice skin soothing ingredient, we've got centella asiatica."

"This one was really nice, it was expensive and I like it. I'll finish it, but I wouldn't repurchase it because there's so many more affordable centella serums out there. It's super light with a water texture."
