"I think this helps a little bit with redness, but the effects on puffiness might be more from the cooling feeling of the metal roller as opposed to some of the ingredients. The main [...] skin soothing ingredients are the oat kernel, green tea, and centella, but they don't necessarily have something I consider to be proven as a de-puffing ingredient.
