"Dr. Idriss has the Calm Back rich face moisturizer for redness and skin barrier health which is $59 and it's got panthenol, zinc PCA, colloidal oatmeal and the star of the show in this product in my opinion is the acetyl tetrapeptide 40 which is a peptide that inhibits the release of pro-inflammatory cytokines that trigger redness and damage and it's also got some ceramides in there. It looks like it's fragrance free and alcohol free. I'd be interested to see if this peptide is in a lot of other products because 60 bucks for a moisturizer is on the high end, but that peptide looks like it really could be the real deal for skin health, fighting redness, irritation, maybe overused retinoids or exfoliants and your skin is irritated. This peptide looks quite promising. So it looks interesting but expensive. If I saw another product that had that acetyl tetrapeptide in, I'd probably be intrigued to pick that up. Or it could be used well with like a retinoid."
