"I ordered Dr. Groot's shampoo from Tiktok Shop and wasn't sure if I liked it the first time I used it, but I ended up really really liking it a lot. It's a gel formula unlike most shampoos I use which tend to be creamy, so you really have to work it in to get the right lather, and sometimes you even need to double shampoo. It's supposed to increase volume and I don't know if it does that, but overall it doesn't strip my hair, it keeps my hair super hydrated, and my hair doesn't feel flat afterward. It was a nice experiential product for me."

"Dr. Groot utilizes rosemary, which is marketing. Rosemary for hair is not well established. There is a study and the study sucks to say to put it lightly. [...] This also has caffeine in it, which can get into the hair follicle, localize there, stay there, and help to energize hair follicle cells and reduce oxidative stress and has been shown to be helpful for hair loss. [...] It has also bifida ferment lysate, which is very hydrating. You get two bottles for $46.99."
