"It broke on me, and it was never quite a perfect match for what I wanted it to do in terms of treating my neck. It tries too hard to multitask as a body treatment, so the lights are just kind of placed everywhere instead of specifically targeting where you'd want for anti aging purposes, [...] and I always had to prop it awkwardly as I lay back, you can't walk around with it.
