It isn't necessarily unique or magical. Keep in mind, using something like this, buffing the nails, can actually be somewhat disruptive to healthy nail growth in the long run because it's kind of traumatic to the nail itself. Buffing is one of those aggressive manicure practices that can backfire in the long run."
