What the gurus are saying

Gurus praise the formula's soothing effect on sensitive or inflamed skin and appreciate the attractive, entertaining packaging design. The recurring complaint is severe product waste due to a flawed bottle design that prevents users from accessing the last portion. Opinion splits on repurchase value: it's recommended for oily skin types during warmer months, but not for dry or dehydrated skin since it delivers hydration without moisturization and may feel redundant if you already use hyaluronic acid products.

"It's a quick, easy toner, hydrator, essence type of product. The sea water in this I find kind of calming and soothing when my skin's feeling a little bit sensitive, or maybe a little red or inflamed. It's really good. The formula itself is good. The mister was good. I really liked this product. Plus the skin's entertainment value, it's really beautiful to look at. I loved everything else in the bottle, but the packaging is a failure, you can't open it or pour out the rest, and there's a not insignificant amount of product left that I won't be able to use. I recommend this with reservations because of that. I loved everything else, but when you can't use the last bit of it, it really turns me off."

"I think it was a little wasteful. Did I enjoy this product 100%? Will I repurchase it? Maybe in the summer months I will repurchase it. I'm going to finish it up. I might repurchase it. But if I have a lot of other toners, hyaluronic acid based, and if I have a hyaluronic acid serum, I might not really repurchase it. It's a nice product if you have combination or oily skin. It is good for you. If you have really dry skin, combination to dry skin, dehydrated skin, you will not appreciate it because this is just water, water level hydration. You won't get moisturization. Dry, dehydrated skin also needs moisturization, so this one is not for you. My conclusion on this product is if your skin is oily and if you have to spend $25 to $30, then you can get it. Otherwise you can completely skip it."
