"I just got the Dr. Althea 345 Relief Cream Mist and I really do like it. It has a wonderful nozzle and a wonderful fine spray. The only thing I don't like is that you do have to make sure you shake it. It feels a little bit lighter than the Estura mist. I'm torn between the two but both feel amazing to me right now."

I actually really like to use that one in my morning, but sometimes if I want more of that lightweight option, I will use the Dr. Althea on top of my tretinoin. This is fragrance-free. So, if you have dry skin, tight skin, or your skin tends to be a little bit reactive with tretinoin or retinol, this would be a really nice option to use on top of it or you could do the sandwich technique with this cream along with your tretinoin where you put a layer of this on first, then your tretinoin, and then another layer of this. So, you're sandwiching the tretinoin in between. That's a great tip to do if you're a beginner or if you're experiencing a lot of dryness and irritation."

"It's fragrance-free. You don't need a lot of this product. It spreads quite nicely. You can use this [...] on top of tretinoin or on top of a retinol. You can use this with your exfoliating acids. If you have dryness and you're very tight, this might not be satisfying enough for you, you might like the Embryolisse better if you're on the drier side, or the Aurora face cream. "I have been using this since last year and I'm halfway through this one, I use it twice a day most times but more in my morning routine because it's lightweight and pairs well underneath sunscreen and makeup. The 345 means three blemish relief ingredients like niacinamide, resveratrol, and hibiscus leaf extract, four nourishing ingredients like ceramides and panthenol, and five soothing ingredients like beta glucan and hyaluronic acid. It's great for post acne marks and acne prone skin, and works for oily, dry, or normal skin, though if you have extremely dry, parched skin it may not be hydrating enough for you. This never breaks me out and it was hydrating enough for me even in the dead of winter. There are no conflicts, so you can pair it with tranexamic acid, retinol, copper peptides, or vitamin C. It's fragrance free and I've never experienced peeling with this."

"The Dr. Althea 345 Relief Cream is wonderful, very thin and lightweight. It almost has a lotion gel type of hybrid, but it's more of a lotion, and it feels like water when I apply it across my skin, perfect for all skin types. Three means there are three blemish relief ingredients, four means four nourishing ingredients, and five means five soothing ingredients. I go through this quite a bit and I actually use it in the winter as well, I just really love how lightweight it is, and it's another good one to use with tretinoin and active ingredients. I really love it for my morning routine because of how thin and lightweight it is, and it always sits great underneath sunscreen as well as makeup. It spreads quite nicely across the skin, it's never sticky or tacky, and it never pills with other skincare either."

"Because of this packaging and how it's being delivered to the skin, I think it actually pulls the product back from being effective in any way that you might want to use it. It's really not my favorite. If you're very oily and acne-prone, you might like how light this feels on your skin, but then you don't really need a cream mist. You just need a hydrating mist. I'm not a fan of this one. Dr. Althea is a very, very popular brand, and a lot of folks are tuned into what they're doing with new releases. And this for me just doesn't hit."

"When I build it up and really try to get a feel for the texture itself, I'm also just feeling it's really not that moisturizing. It's really not that compelling in the texture. I'm not feeling a lot of hydration. It's incredibly thin. It's just hanging in the air, getting down my throat. I hate this so much. I hate it even more now that I'm trying to talk about it. I just feel it is not diving deep into my skin. It's not delivering any kind of hydration. I am feeling moisture, but it's almost just a tiny bit of grease that sits on top of my skin. If I really over apply it, I will get some dewiness, which the 345 cream in this line is known for giving that glowy finish. I find it just a little bit wet and a little unappealing, honestly. But that is what people really love about it and really respond to that product for. And if you really over apply this, you will get that finish, but it is so thin. It's not adding a lot. It's just sitting on top of my skin. It's a little greasy, but yet it's not moisturizing. It's not really hydrating. This morning, I washed my face when I woke up and walked my dog. And I did quite a thick layer of this and I didn't use my other creamy toner or essence that I've been using. I used that in place of it. It just did not hold up for my skin. And I'm still using my facial oil and my good heavy moisturizer at the end, but it just did not provide the moisture that I expect cream mists, cream toners, cream essences, whatever. Even lighter ones."

"I personally don't enjoy it as much as I do the 147 cream. The 345 cream gets a lot more attention, particularly in content, but the 147 cream is really focused on calming the skin, strengthening the skin in this nice creamy texture that's not really heavy and dense."

"I'm going to pick the Dr. Althea 345 Relief Cream. Now, the reason why I'm calling it the worst, and it's not the worst, by the way, it's just a fine product in my opinion. For me, it was sort of a meh. It got really hyped up on TikTok particularly. A lot of folks go hard for this cream and for me it just didn't live up to the hype. That's part of the reason why I want to name it as not even worse but a meh product just because I think the hype is a little bit bigger than this particular product. But on the whole it's not a bad product at all. They're using 1% niacinamide, 1% panthenol, as well as 1% prickly pear extract and they've also included some ceramide MP and resveratrol which is an anti-inflammatory antioxidant. This entire formula really is geared towards folks who are suffering with acne who also need a little bit of brightening from their moisturizer because that's really where the benefits of this particular product lie. It's in soothing inflammation, taking down redness from acne. The niacinamide helps to gently brighten up hyperpigmentation or just any discoloration that you might have after an inflammatory event or pimples on the skin."

"It's not long lasting in my personal experience and testing with this product. If you're really drawn in by the claims of that glassy shiny kind of look and finish to this moisturizer, I don't think that it's long lasting. [...] I'm just really not impressed by it that much. [...] I don't feel that this product falls into that at all. "345 is definitely the winner, I also put this in my moisturizer tier list video, and I tested it with my makeup artist friends and a lot of them love it because it feels like a really nice cream texture that just goes into your skin so well, pretty good moisturizer for everyday, amazing. But I think some of the ingredients are there for barrier strengthening, it has maybe a little silicone layer, so it feels a little stuffy, and other makeup artists said the same thing. If your skin barrier is really bad and red, this isn't the product for you, but for an everyday moisturizer it's a lot better."

"I really didn't like the packaging, it's too Instagrammable and it's just annoying. I do like the cheaper version more. This one is easier and works for whatever your skin type is, you can easily use it. It's not too heavy, more like something between a lotion and a cream, so easy to apply. "This is so huge on TikTok as a barrier cream, just like Estra, if your skin feels like it is not working at all, if it is damaged so bad, they say this works pretty good. They named it 345 cream because they put three blemish relief ingredients, four nourishing ingredients like ceramide and panthenol, and five soothing ingredients like hyaluronic acid and centella. The texture is thick but I appreciate both the tube type and the naming because it is very smart. However, the moisturizing power is not strong enough to rebuild the skin barrier. It is good as an everyday moisturizer for dry skin, but if you need medicine for your skin in an emergency I will definitely choose the Illiyoon repair lotion instead."
