Aluminum Acetate Medicated Soak.

It's an aluminum acetate soak and all you do is dissolve the packet in some lukewarm tap water and then you soak a cloth like a washcloth in it and apply a compress of that. It's very soothing, it's going to help dry up that oozy stuff and get you some symptomatic relief, and it's also anti-inflammatory."
