"This is a tinted mineral sunscreen and this one doesn't contain butyloctyl salicylate, which is a chemical sunscreen booster that can sometimes irritate your skin if you have super sensitive skin. As you can see, this one has a much more radiant finish to it. This one is definitely going to be more hydrating on the skin, and if you have super dry skin, this is the one that I would recommend. If you have more oily skin or enlarged pores, then I would definitely recommend the matte version."

"It's a hybrid chemical mineral sunscreen so it has zinc oxide but it also has octanoate. It's also tinted but it does have a little bit more of a matte finish. Sometimes I really like that matte finish if I don't have time to put powder on over my sunscreen. It's more of a matte finish and I do find it a little bit drying by the end of the day so I'm not really using this one now that it's winter. I'll probably start using again in summer when my skin is a little bit more hydrated."

"It is a sunscreen that I liked the color of. I had reviewed this so many years ago that it wasn't really on my radar, but I did feel like on my skin it didn't dry, it didn't set up, it was just too greasy. But that was a few years ago, and I got to say, you know, the older I get the drier my skin gets, and especially this time of year I really appreciate a really hydrating sunscreen. So I dug this one out and I started using it again, and you know, I really really like this one now. It could just be the difference in my skin from then to now. I can put it on and it doesn't look super greasy. I do still have to powder it, it does have like a shiny finish to it, but I like it a lot more now than I did back then."

"This is a tinted mineral sunscreen and it has almost the exact same ingredients as the Healthy Skin Labs. But it's much less expensive. This is about $25 an ounce price point versus $15 an ounce, so definitely like $10 less an ounce. Blends in easily, wears great under makeup, nice and hydrating, doesn't feel heavy or greasy. It's just a great sunscreen. In addition to this one being cheaper, I have a 20% off discount code with Dermatology that's always usable."

"My two favorite sunscreens of all time after testing 250 different sunscreens are the Healthy Skin Labs Protect SPF 50 and the Dermatology Physical Tinted Moisturizer SPF 44. They are tinted. These are truly all mineral sunscreens. They're thicker and a little bit heavier feeling going on than say the Kopari or the Chromat and they do have a shinier finish. So, they do need something over them. I either have to set them with powder, I have to put foundation on over them. But when I want my foundation to look its best and when I'm really looking for a sunscreen to wear with foundation, these are the two that I go to. So, I highly recommend those two as well."

It has a zinc oxide of 10% and a titanium dioxide of 5.5% so it will protect your skin from both UVA and UVB rays, and it's water resistant up to 80 minutes. I really like this option for when I just want to use something and not have to mix or match with other products. The only thing with this is that I have to use this when I have a tan going on or if I have a self-tanner. When I'm at my fairest this doesn't quite match my skin tone and it does look a little unnatural. So in the dead of winter when I'm fair I really can't use this unless I'm self-tanning. If you do have my skin tone or you're more fair than I am this might look a little unnatural unless you are tanned or self-tanning. But I do like this because it is fragrance-free, it has vitamin E in here, it's moisturizing for my combination skin. Even if you have normal to oily skin I think you will still quite enjoy this, but if you have dry skin and your skin is feeling tight this is going to be amazing. This really is great for fall and winter as well because of the moisture that it gives. I would say that this provides a light to medium coverage, depending on how much you are applying. This isn't full coverage."
