What the gurus are saying

Gurus consistently praise this cleanser for being non-stripping and hydrating, with particular enthusiasm from those with dry or sensitive skin. The standout trait is its concentration; reviewers note you need very little product, making it economical. It emulsifies well with water and removes makeup and sunscreen effectively without irritation or stinging. The main caveat is that extremely irritated or reactive skin may find it insufficient for comfort.

"This does not strip your skin barrier. It keeps your skin comfortable and balanced, so you can use it in the morning and night or to remove makeup and sunscreen at the end of the day as a first cleanse. It's going to keep your skin comfortable and hydrated, remove any impurities and dirt and oil, and it does a really good job. It has that lather if you like more of that, it's fragrance-free, and you're getting 170 mls of product, so a great amount for the price point. I think this is going to be especially great for fall and winter."

"Two of my holy grail favorite cleansers are the Dermatology Goat Cleanser. Love this for sensitive skin. When my skin is super sensitive, I would say on comfort level, for the sting factor and the comfort, I would give it a four out of five. My skin is slightly hydrated after I use it. The comfort level is reasonable. I would say if you're super sensitive, very dry, very irritated skin, probably a pass. But I do like it. I use it on a regular basis and it'll definitely be staying in my rotation."

Best Skincare For Mature, Over 50 Skin! (New DRMTLGY Launches & Favorites)
"I love this cleanser. It was designed and formulated for sensitive skin, but if you have normal to very very dry skin I think you're going to love this. You need the tiniest little amount, even this amount will do my entire face and neck. It is so concentrated. The first time I cleansed my skin with it I was like oh my gosh this is so intense, a whole pump, it's just way too much. But if you emulsify it with a few drops of water it can cleanse your neck with about a third of a pump."
Get RID OF SUN SPOTS (New Fall Anti-Aging OVER 50 Skincare Routine)
"This is a gensing and linolic acid cleanser that breaks up all the sunscreen, breaks up all the makeup, rinses off beautifully, and emulsifies really well. It's a very basic cleanser and it's not very expensive. If you have dry skin, if you have dehydrated skin, if you have sensitive skin, you are going to love this. It is actually my favorite cleanser of 2024 so far. You don't need very much, it's super concentrated. It doesn't burn my eyes, it doesn't irritate my skin, it doesn't strip my skin. I honestly can't say enough about this cleanser."
