"There is a medication called dapsone, an antibiotic that we actually use quite a bit in dermatology because one of the ways it works is by suppressing neutrophil migration and that can really be helpful for clearing up a variety of different types of inflammatory skin conditions and in some cases can be particularly helpful for acne. There's also a topical version of dapsone that goes by the brand name Aczone."
