"My current favorite red light therapy mask is this one from Current Body. [...] It's one of the masks with the highest number of light bulbs. It's also the mask with the most accurate wavelengths in it. They've all been tested at the factory to be within two nanometers of the target correct wavelength. The Current Body has 112 each of the red and near infrared bulbs and it also has nine of the deep infrared bulbs. You really need to concentrate on the accuracy of the bulbs to start and then the number of bulbs. I like it that it's shaped. It's very comfortable to wear and it does come with the eye protection built in. And the other benefit that you get from this one is that it has this built-in under the chin strap. So, it treats you underneath there, which is awesome. [...] This is a very, very bright mask. When you put it on, if you are sensitive to light, this probably won't be the mask for you because it is so very bright."
