I've been very consistent with it. Sometimes I use this with the mask and the neck and deck all at the same time. It's a 10-minute treatment. Sometimes I feel like it's a bit too much, so I use this at night time when I'm watching TV. It's just something that I like to do at night time more so than in my morning routine. You just turn it on, sit there, do what you want to do, and it turns off in 10 minutes. This works at different wavelengths to help stimulate the hair follicles."

"I use almost every day and I can say 100% that I have seen such a difference in hair growth since I started this. I can say this definitively because I grew hair in areas that I didn't treat with any other product. I've consistently used serums and other LED devices which I do think work by the way, but this is the only one that reached the back of my head. It's just never been an area of focus for me, I'm generally looking at the perimeter of my face, so I've completely ignored this area with the handheld devices which I think work.
