What the gurus are saying

Gurus overwhelmingly praise the system as a safer, more effective alternative to traditional dermarolling, citing the sterile single-use needles, precise stamping motion, and minimal needle depth as key advantages. Results commonly reported include improved texture, plumper skin, and a post-treatment glow within days. The main friction point is the learning curve: proper technique and pressure are essential for results and serum efficiency, and one reviewer found the experience uncomfortable and saw minimal benefit after three uses. Dermatologists and experienced users emphasize the importance of following the protocol correctly to avoid wasting product and maximize efficacy.

"Having used it three times, I'm not sure that I'm really seeing that big of a difference in my skin. And I know 100% for sure that I didn't enjoy using it. Did not enjoy the serum. There's so much left. I'm not sure you really get that much delivered into your skin. This set was something like $179 for the six treatments. As far as not being able to use your regular skin care for a few days before, a few days after, didn't really love that. Don't love the feel of their serum. I don't enjoy poking my face with the holes, micro needling. It does hurt a bit. It hurts the most on the forehead and around the eyes."

"I have tried the Cure one and really really liked it. I'm still not a big fan of like micro needling. It's not my number one favorite thing to do, but I would say that is probably the best one that I've used. I like that it's easy to apply. It's not going to risk too much damage to the skin. It's probably the best of that style of system."

"I absolutely love the micro infusion system from Cure. One of the most effective treatments that I tried in a clinical setting was micro stamping growth factors, so I was really thrilled to see an at home option. I think this is executed so well to be a safe at home treatment but still effective. The dermastamping needles are 0.5 mm, which is the minimal amount to effectively work, so you don't need numbing cream and you're not going to be bleeding all over the place, but it will create that deep passageway. When I first started using this, I definitely was a bit too light-handed because it's not painless, and I would always be left with so much serum. But when I really started stamping properly and letting the needles go as deep as they need to, everything just worked better. My skin would even feel tighter in the next few days. The toggle that releases all the serum works better too when I'm putting the right amount of pressure. When I use it nowadays, I have very little serum left, but I noticed that for a few days after doing this whole system, my skin just really glows."

"Cure's micro infusion system is everything I thought dermarolling was but isn't. It's safer. It's smarter genuinely, and so much more effective because it actually works the way it's supposed to. I've been using it for over a year now. I have seen results. Measurable improvements. Smoother texture, plumper skin and just a nicer tone to my skin as well. Using this once every 2 weeks, you can just see the difference that this system can make. It doesn't hurt. It feels more like tiny static on the skin. You take the device, you fill it up with your serum, with one of the Sonterra disposable heads and you just follow this very precise routine of stamping this product over your skin. It takes about 5 minutes to do. It's really really easy to do and you're going to see your face get pretty red, but that disappears so so quickly and the next day you are left glowing. It basically uses 24 karat goldplated micro needles to deliver that serum that you pour in directly into the skin for better absorption."

Skincare Expert Advice That TRANSFORMED My Skin
"The needle head is a single use needle head reducing the risk of infections and unlike rolling which can actually cause unnecessary damage and trauma for the skin, stamping doesn't over damage the skin and minimizes that risk of irritation. It's a more uniformed delivery too. As of filming this video I would have been using this for actually four or five weeks and I love it so far. I'm at that age now when it comes to skincare where I'm like okay but what's next, what's next for my skin, what are those extra little things I can be doing at home to take my skin to the next level and Cure's micro infusion system seems to be that answer. My only regret is I wish I had used it sooner."

"The one we've talked about the most and certainly have backed most solidly is the Cure Micro Infusion System. And that's because this uses a sterile head single use and it's also with very deliberate length needles. So the risk of infection, the risk of irritation, the risk of damage to your skin from the needling is much much much lower than with something like a traditional derma roller. This is one of the most thoughtful uses of micro infusion because by creating these tiny breaks in the skin, it can increase the penetration of these ingredients. If you're going to do it at home, please learn how to do this properly. That means cleansing the skin before, spraying it with a hypochlorous acid spray, allowing it to dry, micro stamping, and then allowing that infusion to seep into the skin, and then afterwards just simply moisturizing. Don't use a needle tip over and over again. You just don't want to introduce infection or irritation."

Best Products of the Year (PART 2): Best Innovation, Cleanser, Sunscreen, and Splurge
"The Cure micro infusion device I think has really made headways here and the reason why we put this in the Innovation category is because I was very against any type of stamping at home and I do think that Cure, of course having conversations with them to improve these devices constantly, but I do think that they are pushing the limits towards making this more acceptable at home for me and to me that's an innovation. You have the micro infusion device which I do think and I've always held the position that it does help ingredients penetrate better into the skin by poking holes in the stratum corneum, by creating that small amount of trauma to the skin it does help the support and boost your collagen production. So there's definitely benefits to microneedling. We see it in the office. There's definitely benefits to increasing penetration of your skincare products. The concern is always like how do you do it safely and they really have pushed the limits to make it safer. So one, you have the sterile needle tips so each one comes in the sterile packaging, the same type of packaging that we get our medical devices in in the office, individually tear you use them. This is the cleanest way that you're going to get needles into the skin."

"I think it's safe and I think it's effective. I think the reason why we love this so much is because we used to do it in clinic and we couldn't go as frequent as we would like to actually see the benefits, and that's why I think the solution works well because you can do it more frequently at a very cost effective rate. If you do it once a year you can see a huge difference in skin."

Treat Vertical Lip Lines! | Anti-aging Tips by The Budget Derm
"This by Cure is a micro infusion system, kind of like micro needling or micro stamping. These are actually little teeny needles that you can stamp into the skin to help break through the stratum corneum and help infuse the serum that's in this vial into the skin. That's going to get you better penetration of the skincare ingredients and that can help build collagen more quickly and more robustly than just putting a topical on it. But you have to use these precisely and carefully."
