What the gurus are saying

The experts who tested it praise how well it absorbs oil and adds texture without leaving a white cast, even on darker hair, and one notes a little goes a long way. The non-aerosol format means no inhalation worry, and the refillable container appeals to those who travel or want a more sustainable option. Those with fine, oily hair may find it especially useful for refreshing between washes, though it works across hair types.

"For so long, my go-to dry shampoo was from Crown Affair, and I actually still love their dry shampoo so much. You don't need a lot of this. Spritz, spritz, spritz. I will rub it through my hair to basically get my hair looking clean and not oily."

"What I love about it the most is the fact that I don't have to spray it so I don't feel like I'm inhaling any of it. It's really lightweight. It's a non-aerosol dry shampoo that refreshes your hair without any buildup. There's also no white cast despite me having brown hair. This goes on just fine in the morning if you need to apply it, or the way your dry shampoo should go in at night time. But if you don't remember to apply it at night, this one will not leave you any white powdery cast. You apply it just where you need it. It absorbs the oil, adds volume and texture for that freshly styled look. It comes in this refillable container making it more sustainable than traditional dry shampoos. I love it for travel. I love it for everyday. It's great for any type, but especially if you're like me, you have that really fine oily hair that needs to be refreshed in between washes. The key ingredients are tapioca starch, kaolin clay, and tsubaki seed oil."
