Centella Water Alcohol-Free Toner.

"I adore this. [...] What I really like about it is two things. Number one, the texture. It's really light, fluidy, very quickly absorbed into the skin. [...] It's not sticky or tacky. It just really absorbs very deeply into the skin to replenish hydration deep down at the source. [...] I can put on one layer, two layers of this and get a lot of hydration. I do suffer with dehydration, so I really need my toner to work hard for my skin. I would recommend it for all skin types. I love the Centella content in this. They use really good quantities of Centella. They use quality Centella that really helps to soothe inflammation, irritation, redness on the skin. This toner is amazing when my sensitive skin is flaring up, feeling just a little bit off, a little itchy. When my skin gets sensitive, it usually gets red as well. This toner calms my skin on contact, but it also takes down that redness. It's also amazing if you get inflamed pimples, [...] those angry red, swollen and painful kinds of pimples. Centella is amazing for that."

"This is the Centella Water Alcohol-Free Toner from COSRX. And this is an old favorite of mine. I actually realized I hadn't used this in quite a few years. Even though it is really one of my favorite hydrating toners, it is very thin, it's very watery. As you can see, there's really no like bounce or slip to it. It's just like a pure watery type of toner. But it has that really great high content of Centella as well as the active compounds of Centella. So it's actually quite soothing. It's really good for any inflammation, redness, maybe even some acne. And so I really like to do about two layers of this one. I did have some pimples just kind of cropping up on my chin, some that were getting just a little bit inflamed and red. And this was really nice because this is just kind of like a nice gentle option to bring some of that inflammation down. I can tell there's one right here that I can feel, you know, when you can feel it under the skin, it's definitely gotten a lot better. These little gentle helper ingredients like Centella that help bring down inflammation can be really beneficial, especially if you have sensitive skin, you can't do tons of actives or really strong actives."

But just because it's thin and watery doesn't mean that it's not deeply hydrating. This is probably one of the most hydrating toners I have personally ever used. Thin, watery, lightweight, quickly absorbed in the skin and yet that special quality of diving deeper down into the skin to really burst into hydration and really relieve that dehydrated feeling deep within the skin. What's a little bit more special about this particular one is the Centella content here actually brings a lot of soothing. There is just a really nice calming effect to this. Not just hydrating, but also soothing. Really good if your skin is feeling irritated, itchy, if it's looking red and inflamed."
