"I would not do it. I absolutely would not do it. Freezing the fat is they have found is not quite as effective as heating it up. So, I would do something more of a sculpture than I would a CoolSculpting. It's kind of a little bit outdated at that point. There's newer things on the market for that."

If you have a little bit of extra fat in the double chin area, then this can definitely help it. It's also used in other parts of the body like the abdomen, like the arms, and really any area that you've got stubborn small areas of fat that you want to reduce. But in this situation, honestly, if she came to see me and said hey I don't like my neck, I'd tell her that really the only option for you is to do a face and neck lift. Anything less than that is going to be very disappointing. She's going to feel bad that she spent the money and saw very little results with it. If you want to do this CoolSculpting, you can spend $1,000, $2,000 on it and get this much change. Is it really worth it?"
