What the gurus are saying

This pigmented shield gives skin a natural, youthful finish that settles to a skin-like appearance as it dries, though less coverage requires a lighter hand. Gurus praise how beautifully it blends and note the flexibility of mixing shades, though those wanting fuller coverage may find it requires a more spartan application than expected to avoid looking thick and cakey.

"If you want something that is untinted then this would be your go-to. I really like this sun screen because it's very moisturizing but at the same time it really doesn't leave a cast on my fair skin."

"I really enjoy the Color Science Flex line which is going to keep our skin looking glowy and youthful 24/7 but it's also going to prevent further signs of aging."
EVERYDAY MINIMAL MAKEUP USING TINTED SUNSCREEN - MASTER THE "NO-MAKEUP MAKEUP LOOK"
"It has a little glow but the more that it dries down your skin will look skin-like so in my opinion it doesn't go matte but it doesn't stay super glowy and dewy it will be more like skin once it's all dried down. This also has no fragrance it also doesn't smell like sunscreen which is why I really like this I hate that sunscreen smell especially when it's on your face. It just blends right into my skin I have this nice initial glow as well very hydrating so honestly if you don't want to apply a moisturizer beforehand and you are going to put the right amount of sunscreen of this then totally skip your moisturizer because again this is very very moisturizing especially in the summer and I love it. It never pills either with any of my skincare products that is a big bonus here because there's a lot of sunscreens that I have used that will react to my moisturizer or some type of serum that I may have had on my skin beforehand and of course as you know when that happens you just have to start all over which isn't always ideal so just know that this formulation really does sit nicely with other skincare."
MY MORNING ANTI-AGING SKINCARE ROUTINE - SKINCARE OVER 30 (WINTER/SPRING SKINCARE ROUTINE)
"If you want something that is untinted then this would be your go-to. I really like this sun screen because it's very moisturizing but at the same time it really doesn't leave a cast on my fair skin."
I'VE FOUND THE TOP-RATED SUNSCREENS FOR 2024 | I'VE TESTED THEM ALL AND THESE ARE TRULY THE BEST!
"I use non-tinted sunscreens down my neck and for the rest of my body but for the face I like to customize depending on whatever skin tone I am at that time so in the winter I am mostly fair with a couple of drops of medium in the summer I'm mostly medium with a few drops of fair and it just looks so beautiful and natural on the skin. I actually have it on my skin today as my foundation and it just looks so youthful, it looks skin-like. I would say it gives a light to medium coverage. I always like to put some blush on top maybe a little bit of bronzer and I like to use it within my makeup routine but if you just use it on its own it's also beautiful. Super lightweight, it does dry down skin-like, it's not greasy or sticky. It comes in four shades, this is all mineral with an SPF 50 and it's water resistant up to 40 minutes with a zinc oxide of 12%."

"I'm going to go in with the Colorescience Unforgettable Total Protection Face Shield Flex. These are much, much, much more deeply pigmented. If I were to use the proper amount like a quarter teaspoon for my face of this it would look too thick and cakey and just not the finish that I personally want, but when used more sparingly it is beautiful, like beautiful coverage. It helps mitigate some of the redness and hyperpigmentation that I struggle with. The reason I grab two of these is because this comes in a fair tone and medium tone, and the fair is too light and the medium is too dark, so I like to kind of mix them one to one or play with the ratio depending on how tan I am or how much of a fake tan I have going on. It looks white coming out of the bottle but there's little pigment spheres in here that will kind of burst when you put it on."
