"This is an SPF 32, it's only 25 bucks, it has a microalgae extract and rice in it, it's very hydrating, I would say it's better for combo to dry skin but it is a mineral formula. This Coco kind sunscreen is so good."
Top Pick: affordable mineral sunscreen

"I actually really like the sunscreen. It is a mineral sunscreen with zinc oxide which gives broad spectrum protection against UVB and UVA. It has sunflower seed oil and shea butter and licorice root which can help reduce redness and is helpful for hyperpigmentation. There is a cast since it's a mineral sunscreen but it's actually pretty mild. This particular sunscreen is not water resistant so I would not advise using this if you're going to be participating in sport, but it is a good option if you have sensitive skin and you just want an everyday moisturizing sunscreen. I liked it overall, it didn't peel, it wasn't greasy, but it is a touch shiny. However, this works out to roughly fifteen dollars an ounce, and I would suggest before plugging down the money for this one to consider instead the MD Solar Science mineral kids cream, which is about ten dollars an ounce. They're both mineral sunscreens, they're both cruelty free and vegan, but this one is water resistant, this one is not. This one is SPF 50 whereas this one is SPF 32. This one is also less shiny than this one in my experience, it's more matte."
