  • Very moisturizing formula
  • Antioxidants and hydrating oils

What they flagged

  • Not occlusive enough for tretinoin protection

What the gurus are saying

This eye cream's cooling metal-tip applicator is a standout feature, and the formula moisturizes effectively thanks to shea butter and antioxidants that may help fine lines and puffiness. It works well for anyone with undereye dryness, though those using tretinoin should note it's not protective enough to keep the active away from the eye area and may want a thicker, more protective product.

"It's not a bad eye cream per se and the applicator is actually phenomenal, it's just not one of the best. Most eye creams are just literal facial moisturizers in a tinier tube that they can charge you more for. If you're not a crying emotional person, skip this and just use your facial moisturizer right up here and save yourself the money."

"I actually honestly really liked this eye cream, but it's not something I would buy myself or use on a consistent basis. It does have a metal tip applicator that can be very cooling if you have puffy under eyes, marula seed oil and amalia that have antioxidants, an ingredient called persian silk tree that can reduce the look of fine lines dark circles and puffiness around the eyes, and shea butter which is really good for reducing water loss and keeping it hydrated. This is a very moisturizing eye cream. However, for me personally when I think about using something around my eyelids I want something that will not only reduce water loss but also protect my eyelids from my tretinoin getting there, and for that I need a petrolatum ointment. This is not occlusive enough to do that. But if you do have dryness around your eyes this will improve that."
