What the gurus are saying

This water cream delivers a cooling, refreshing feel that sinks in without a heavy seal, making it a standout pick for combination and dehydrated skin types who want hydration without occlusion. The gel texture absorbs quickly and leaves skin plump and soft, though reviewers suggest layering a thicker moisturizer over it at night to lock everything in. At twenty dollars with a travel-friendly pump tube, it pairs well with other hydrating products underneath and earns particular praise for its beta glucan content and bacteria-fighting ingredients like magnesium PCA and turmeric.

"The Cocokind Electrolyte Water Cream is 20 bucks. This one has magnesium PCA, sodium PCA, zinc PCA, beta glucan, and turmeric. So it's very friendly for fighting bacteria and acne on your skin. It's got a really nice gel texture to it. It soaks in really nice, feels good on the skin. No scent or anything like that."

"It's pretty affordable, comes in a nice package, a really nice tube for travel with a pump on the end, perfect for sneaking into your bag and it's not too big. Feels nice, no scent to it at all. A little bit of this does not go a long way but it feels really nice on my skin. It's got a much more natural finish. It's also got beta glucan which I freaking love. I love it, beta glucan is an amazing ingredient. I would advise if you're going to use this, especially if you're using it at night or something like that, apply something thicker over it just to kind of seal it in."

"This is a drink of water type of moisturizer. It feels cooling, refreshing, and if you do have a little bit of dehydration, it will feel like it sinks in deeper to kind of that source of your dehydration. The texture has just a little bit of bounce and body and plumpness to this, and that definitely helps to give some bounce and body and plumpness to your skin. It will plump it up and make it feel really nice and juicy, especially if you layer other hydrating products underneath it. You're getting that skin conditioning quality, that softness, that moisturization, and just a little bit more of a feeling of hugging it in. It's not full-on occlusivity, but there's just a little bit more tucking in your skin care, just a little bit more preventing the dehydration. I recommend this for balanced skin types, combination skin types, and those that are suffering with dehydrated skin. It's definitely one of my favorite recommendations for combination skin."
