What the gurus are saying

The gurus who tested it found the formula builds beautifully from sheer to glowing without ever looking heavy or opaque, giving people the option to dial in anywhere from a soft inner glow to a more dramatic shine depending on how much they layer. The shade range includes options deeper skin tones often miss, and the formula is forgiving enough that anyone who applies more than intended can easily blend it back with a brush to soften the effect.

"From Cleo I love the Cleo Prism Highlighter. You have six colors: gold, shear fairy pink, Frozen crystal, Grace opal, Peach Sapphire, and violet Ruby. These look stunning. I love how they have some other shades here that can be used on deeper skin tones. I really like their highlighters, they do some of the best highlighters. They all look really stunning. Cleo is a very affordable brand and they're a really really great brand if you're ever shopping and come across them."

"I'm going in with my Cleo Prism highlighter, which is kind of like a sheer gold. I'm using this on ever so slightly on my brow bone, and then patting it out to create that glow on the very inner and lower inner part of the eye, the tip of the nose, and the tops of the cheekbones. I'm pressing it in because I wanted kind of like a soft glow. I decided it was maybe ever so slightly too much, so I went back in with the blush brush and blended it out so it would look a little less like highlighty and a little bit more glowy."

How to look Glowy NOT Oily
"I've been using this in every single pretty much since I received it, which was a while ago. I've been using it every time I do my makeup. I'm obsessed with it. What I love about this is that it's extremely like the base of it is slightly more on the sheer side but it gives the most beautiful glow. It's got like a slightly more sheer base so it's slightly more translucent. It gives this beautiful glow, it gives this stunning reflect but it doesn't, there's nothing opaque about it, there's nothing like overwhelming about it. So it gives you the option to build up the amount of glow that you want and you can definitely build it up like you can get a glazed donut effect if you want but if you want just like a really natural looking glow, like very bridal, very like glow from within, this is so beautiful as a powder highlight."
